Our Mission

We are a professional Nursing Association, established to foster professional development, self identity and mutual support for each member nurses of Asian Indian origin and heritage.

About Our Organization

Indian Nurses Association of Central Florida (INACF) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization founded in the State of Florida on April 13th, 2009. INACF provides a professional platform for nurses and nursing students of Indian origin residing or employed in Central Florida to collaborate, network, support, innovate and uplift one another. Currently, INACF boasts about 223 members, with 42 holding life memberships (10 years) including 10 new members this year alone until May 2025. Several members have benefited from tuition discounts through NAINA, with a 15% discount for higher education at Grand Canyon University.

Our Goal

The goal of INACF is to support and stand on behalf of all Asian Indian nurses in Central Florida to promote cultural diversity, uphold and elevate the standards of the nursing profession and empower our members to reach their highest potential.

From the Desk of the President

It is my honor and privilege to serve you as the 9th president, for the term 2025-2026, focusing during my term on enhancing member engagement, advancing professional development, collaborating and partnering with other non profit organizations within our region by increasing visibility and advocating for policies that improve our nursing practice. As we step into this new term, I want to reaffirm my commitment to our association's mission: To unite together, innovate creative solutions and elevate our nursing profession to enhance healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes and community outreach.
